Art Glass, Peridot, and Rhodolite Garnet Sterling Silver Pendant An exquisite art glass cabochon, by Mikelene Reusse, serves as the focal for this sterling silver pendant. It features a spring time blooming flower on its vine, pale green new foliage, and sprinkles of pinks - all on a pure white background. I am in awe that she made this by "drawing" her design onto the glass by using a torch and glass rods. Magic! I paired this art glass with a translucent pale green, tear drop shaped Peridot and a faceted Rhodolite Garnet. The cabochon and gemstones are wrapped in sterling silver and sit atop two layers of sterling silver.
The sterling silver has been darkened and polished to acquire a beautiful, rustic patina. This one of a kind statement pendant measures just under 3 1/8 "in length and is just over 1 1/2" in width at its widest point. A gorgeous, 18", 2.5 mm sterling silver wheat chain - oxidized and hand polished - is included in this listing.
