Sterling Silver Paperclip Chain Necklace - Minimalist and sleek - the oval links in this paperclip chain necklace have been hand crafted from thick (14 gauge/1.6mm) sterling silver wire. Each link measures approximately 14mm x 6mm. After forging and soldering, each link has been buffed and polished, then tumbled to achieve an incredible shine! This is a labor intensive process - but oh it is worth it! This type of chain is so fluid and comfortable to wear. This is the type of necklace that would look perfect when worn solo or layered!
The necklace measures approximately 18" in length. A sturdy, solid sterling silver lobster clasp can be attached to any link in the chain allowing for both a secure closure and the ability to shorten its length, if desired. All metals used in this bracelet are .925 sterling silver. Total weight of the sterling silver is 28.7 grams (1.01 ounces).
Jewelry is made using traditional metalworking techniques, including soldering, filing, sanding, texturing, polishing, and tumbling in my home studio. Jewelry comes wrapped in a cotton-lined gift box and ships quickly. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
