Ocean Blue Golden Hill Turquoise and Sterling Silver Necklace- An amazing Ocean Blue Golden HIll Turquoise, mined in Kazakhstan. These stunning gems have a light blue hue to them, and a reddish, burnt umber matrix. I bezel set this stone in a "shadowbox setting, where the backplate has been heavily textured by hand, and darkened to a matte black patina.
The free form Golden Hill Turquoise cabochon measures roughly 5/8" round and weighs 34.32 carats. The pendant measures just under 1 1/2" round including the two bails, and hangs from two 9" sterling silver cable chains with a final necklace length of approximately 19" in length. The necklace fastens securely with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
