Blue Turquoise and Sterling Silver Necklace - Elisa Turquoise comes from the Elisa Mine in Sonora, Mexico. It is known for its beautiful sky blue color and many variations of blue and green. This particular strand of 4mm rondelle-shaped beads are an exquisite, deep, sky blue color. I added a focal of varying sized sterling silver beads, similar to a Navajo Pearl. Smaller silver beads are interspersed throughout the design. The necklace is finished with a handcrafted extender chain comprised of sterling silver.
The smaller sized turquoise beads in this necklace makes for a perfect pairing with t-shirts, or peeking out from the collar of a blouse, or even stacked with other necklaces. A treasure to be worn often, for sure!
The necklace measures 19 3/4" in length, including the 1 1/4" extender chain, and fastens securely with a lobster clasp. All sterling silver in this necklace has been oxidized and polished by hand to bring out the hightlights of the darkened sterling silver.
