Bronze and Copper Mixed Metal Bangle

Bronze and Copper Mixed Metal Bangle -Thick walled copper tubing has been very carefully forged into a bangle. Heavy gauge bronze wire forms the core of the bangle inside the tubing, and is then forged into swirls on the topside of the bangle. A light texture has been applied to the copper bangle, which is enhanced by the rustic patina. Bronze has a beautiful, muted gold tone, a gorgeous complement to the copper in this mixed metal bangle.

This is a substantial bangle, which has been hand polished, oxidized/antiqued, buffed again, and tumbled for hours to achieve incredible strength, shine, and a beautiful, rustic patina. Several coats of jewelry grade museum wax (Renaissance Wax) has been buffed onto to the metal to protect the patina.  Copper naturally deepens its patina as time wears on.

The bangle has a diameter of approximately 2 1/2" to fit the average wrist size. The width of the bangle is approximately 1/4", and the "Focal Swirl" measures 7/8" in width.

Jewelry is made using traditional metalworking techniques, including soldering, filing, sanding, texturing, polishing, and tumbling in my home studio.  Jewelry comes wrapped in a cotton-lined gift box and ships quickly.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

NOTE: 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this bangle bracelet will be donated to Miracle Horse Rescue, a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me help those who cannot help themselves!
